Mojang Studios officially released Minecraft with RTX for Windows 10 yesterday, powered by NVIDIA. With the beta version completed, players can now enjoy ray traced Minecraft for free, including emitting pixels, reflections in water, precisely cast shadows, and powerful global lighting.

 Minecraft Dungeons: Howling Peaks and Season Pass

The Howling Peaks DLC and the Minecraft Dungeons Season Pass are now available, plus six enchantments that all players will receive for free. Howling Peaks is an action-packed mountaintop adventure featuring new enemies, armor, weapons, and artifacts. The Season Pass, meanwhile, unlocks access to Howling Peaks and the next three DLC at launch.

 Minecraft Community Celebration

Finally, starting yesterday and throughout the month, the Minecraft Community Celebration will take place , a thank you to the 132 million monthly players that make up the Minecraft community. During December, there will be free content for players of the Bedrock and Java versions, including new items every day for character creation, a new map in the Minecraft Marketplace every Monday, a free week of Realms for Java for current and new subscribers, and many more surprises.

Cyberpunk 2077: Night City triggers Nvidia’s RTX, new configs revealed

This week will not have been easy for those who follow the development of Cyberpunk 2077. Gameplay, behind the scenes, technical demos, music, Keanu Reeves, and even, among very lucky colleagues, new impressions.

RTX 3070: Up to 60% better Performance than GTX 2070

Nvidia wants to show what its RTX 3070 has in the belly and for that, what better than to unveil a comparison graph between a 2070, a 2080 ti and a 3070. It was a bit the key argument of the Nvidia conference : ” An RTX 3070 more efficient than a 2080 ti “.

While this is indeed the case with some games, it is not necessarily true everywhere. Despite everything, it is true that this new Ampère GPU seems to be working miracles. Especially when compared to the same card from the previous generation, namely the 2070. 

We thus note 60% more performance which is a rather monstrous gap. And the good news is that this card is clearly capable of running native 4K since the 2080 ti is already very capable in this area.

Spellbreak can now be played on Android, Chromebook and Mac

Spellbreak has the release of its first patch this week and already available today for the GeForce Now service from Nvidia and Proletariat.

According to what has been revealed, you will be able to play on Mac, Android and Chromebooks and thereby experience all the benefits of cross-play while playing with other Spellbreak players on PC, Xbox, PS4 or Nintendo Switch.

The free PC game has been free-to-play since launch, with developer Proletariat opting for in-game purchases, such as ‘founders packs’, to support the title. Inspired by the likes of H1Z1, Spellbreak also differentiates itself by its lack of guns – instead allowing players to batter each other with elemental-based magic.
