EA Play integration on PC Xbox Game Pass postponed to 2021

Microsoft recently announced that the integration of the EA Play platform into the Xbox Game Pass on the PC will no longer be released this year and has been postponed until sometime in 2021, with no specific window or release date. The reason for the postponement was not disclosed, but the company promised to reveal more details about it early next year.

“We established this partnership with Electronic Arts because they are just as passionate as we are in helping people and communities to discover great games and, we knew we could offer a great experience for everyone if we worked together. To achieve this, we need more time to provide this Xbox Game Pass experience. We will have more details to share early next year; as always, we appreciate your support as we work on this. Stay tuned for more information.”
