Square Enix today announced the global launch of the COLLECTION of SaGa FINAL FANTASY LEGEND, a digital collection in which players will be able to enjoy the first three titles in the franchise: THE FINAL FANTASY LEGEND, FINAL FANTASY LEGEND II and FINAL FANTASY LEGEND III for Nintendo Switch. This collection preserves the charm and wonders that shaped the original games 30 years ago and offers an exciting adventure for longtime fans and newcomers.

The saga that began its adventures on Game Boy color back in 1989 will find a faithful recreation of these 8-bit classics in a nostalgic and pioneering adventure through fantasy worlds as they fight monsters, travel through cities and discover classic stories, all it now on Nintendo Switch. Additionally, the collection brings various quality of life adjustments and new features that enhance the gaming experience, including character speed boosts, adjustable screen magnification, a retro display mode, and commemorative music and illustrations.
In addition, this collection includes a special anniversary song, Across the “Sa ・ Ga”, composed by Kenji Ito, eight different game wallpapers, and the choice to play with Japanese or English text. And now, to top it off, those who feel nostalgic can undock the Joy-Cons from their Nintendo Switch, put the screen vertically and play with the screen recreating the original Game Boy.
