A few days ago a mysterious page appeared with a countdown, it was not the first time that a page like this was shown to announce something related to the TWEWY saga. The countdown has ended and the surprise that has been revealed is nothing more and nothing less than NEO: The World Ends With You for PS4 and Nintendo Switch for summer 2021.
We can see it in the following trailer where we will return to Shibuya, where they will participate in the Game of Reapers, a life-and-death contest for survival, but this time in 3D, along with new characters (or not so new) who join to the saga. Apparently this NEO: The World Ends With You will be a follow-up to the anime that will also be out next year.
To celebrate the announcement, Nomura has made the following illustration where we can see the new protagonist, Rindo, along with Neku.
